Coastal Messenger

I was looking for the perfect crossbody that was not too big or too small to fit a couple of sketchbooks and plein air supplies. The website had so many options that fit exactly what I was looking for. I love my bag and I get so much sketching in during my commute now because my sketchbook is always there! I also added some enamel pins to the front flap to add more of my personality!

Just perfect; light and roomy and very beautiful

I've had this backpack for nearly five years. It has survived through years of daily use in school, served as a carry-on for flights, and been overall indispensable since I bought it. It has remained in great condition, with only a few small indicators of how old it actually is (the leather is a tiny bit sun-bleached, and the two back corners each have a little bit of fraying). Not to mention, it is soooo comfortable to wear! I have poor shoulders, and more commonplace backpacks always hurt to wear. This one is definitely an improvement, though I will say that part of that may be due to mine being so heavily used. I could not recommend this backpack more!

First of all, ‘The Same Direction’ is AMAZING! The packaging left NO items unusable or unrecyclable. Even the bags holding my crossbodies were reusable, and quite nice. Tags were recyclable, their motives and actions approved! The bag itself is surprisingly coordinated to much of what I wear (the black is really a washed dark gray, which I love). I love the snap ideas, the flap, the zippers operate well, and this bag is light for my hikes, and also my everyday use. WELL DONE, TSD! Thank you!
