Shipping & Returns
Please note that any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and Duties Fees: When placing an international order, please be aware that customs or duties fees may be imposed by the destination country's authorities. These additional fees are determined by the customs office in the destination country and are beyond our control. We cannot predict the amount of these fees, as they vary from country to country.
We accept returns on all full-price orders, within 30 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and tags the item came with. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise. International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. TSD Brand is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Please note: Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method or payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet; first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 30 Muller Ste 112 Irvine, CA 92618.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
